 Hi, I'm Empress T

As a black woman living with Multiple Sclerosis, I’ve faced both physical and emotional battles. Through sound healing, Reiki, and breathwork, I found ways not only to manage my symptoms to reclaim my power and prioritize my own well-being.  Now, I’m dedicated to helping other women who have poured into everyone else and put themselves in the background to do the same.

I understand what it's like to constantly put others first, to be the caregiver, the supporter, while your own needs fall to the side. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where women can reconnect with themselves and embrace their own healing. Spiritually, physically, emotionally, mind, body, and soul.

As a woman of color, I recognize how often we are expected to be strong, even when we are struggling.  In my sessions, I create a space where you can let go of those expectations and focus on your own healing, dreams deferred, and desires unrealized. 

After years of living in survival mode, I finally realized that healing starts from within. I found a deeper connection to my body through sound and energy work, and I want to share this transformation with you.



Healing isn’t just my profession; it’s my life’s work.  As someone who has faced health challenges, I’ve walked the path of putting others first and neglecting my own needs.
